There are three main reasons why a job might still be pending for approval.

Verification
When you submit a job for funding, part of the process of its approval involves confirmation of our Notice of Assignment and the billing paperwork for the first job on each customer.
We advise you to complete this paperwork before you submit the job for funding. Also, it depends on your customer to respond to our inquiries about the NOA. Please see Billing paperwork, and NOA, for more details.

Cut off times
Denim processes your jobs according to scheduled cut off times. If you submitted your job after the 12PM Eastern Time cutoff, your job is not scheduled for the next business day but it is scheduled for two business days later. Please see Cut-off for more details.

Action Required
When you see a red triangle next to the job, this means there is an issue and we require your assistance. A note in red text will be present explaining the issue. For paperwork issues, you must revert the job to draft, and upload the requested paperwork. Once the issue is resolved, your job will be approved according to the cutoff time for resubmission.
💡Note: The jobs that have to be resubmitted for any reason have to go back through our process, which is why a new cutoff time and due date is assessed.
