Locate the jobs list
Click on Jobs in the navigation. In the expanded view, click on Job Board.
The list of jobs opens. You can see all the jobs in this Denim account. For each job, see the following details.
Job: The unique Job ID of the job.
Created At: The date when the job was first created.
Company: The customer name for this job.
Status: The status of the corresponding job.
- Draft: You have saved this job as a draft. This job is not sent to Denim for the approval.
- Pending Approval: You have submitted this job for the funding approval. Denim might be reviewing it for the approval. If you have generated a request for some edits, you can see the request details in the Request Center. (Please see Request Center for details.)
- Approved: Denim has approved this job.
- Completed: The job is completed.
Payments
The Payments column shows the status of payments for the corresponding job. Each icon has a short tip to show the payment type, and the icon type—whether it is grey or black shows the payment status.
For example the icon for final payment received status:
- Black color icon: This approved job has the black color icon which means that your final payment is received.
- Grey color icon: It means that the final payment is not received.
Due Date: The date when the payment is due for the job.
Days Remaining: The number of days remaining for receiving the final payment for the job.
Total: The total amount due in the invoice for the job.

Actions for each job in the list
In the list, you can see some actions available for each job.

See Job Details
Click on any job row in the list. The job details page opens and it shows you the job details. You can edit specific details in the job depending on the job status. (Please see See and manage job details for more details.)

Take specific actions on each job
When you hover on any job, a context menu option appears in the form of three dots. The options in the menu depend on the job status.
Status is Draft
If the job status is Draft, the available actions are:
- Edit (Please see Edit a job for details)
- Submit for Funding (Please see Add a new job for details)
- Delete (Please see Delete a job for details)
Status is Pending Approval
If the job status is Pending Approval, the available actions are:
- Revert to Draft: Click to change the job status to Draft. Now this job has the Draft status and you can see and edit its details, if required. (Please see Edit a job for details)
- Delete: Click on Delete to delete this job. (Please see Delete a job for details)
Status is Approved
If the job status is Approved, you can edit this job only for specific details. (Please see Edit a job for details)

Using filters
While looking at the list, you can filter it to see specific types of jobs.
Click on Filter to see different filter options.

Apply filters
Select a filter, and you can see options to set the filter values. For example if you select Create Date, a a calendar opens where you can select a range—start date and end date.
Click on Apply and the list shows you only those jobs that are created within these two dates.
Use the other filters and apply these to see specific types of jobs, as required.
When you apply one or more filters, the Filter button shows you the count of filters that you have applied to the list.

Clear filters
To clear the filters, click on the Filters button.
- Click on the Clear All button to clear all the filters.
- Clear the box for specific selected filter to clear it.

Search a job
While looking at the list, you can search specific jobs by the job ID, or customer name, or contractor name. When you start writing the job ID or company name in the Search field, the list updates automatically.
Here are two examples of how the list shows for two search conditions.

The global filters
At the top of the list, a few global filters are available for your quick reference. For each status, you can see payments numbers also, and the count of jobs with that status.
For example, click on Pending Approval, and the list shows you only the jobs with status as Pending Approval.

The global actions
At the top of the list, you can see action buttons to create new jobs.
- Import Review: Click on this button to import a review. (Please see Import Review for the detailed steps.)
- Import Jobs: Click on this button to import bulk jobs from a CSV file or from TMS. (Please see Import Jobs for the detailed steps.)
- Add Job: Click on this button to add a new job. (Please see Add a new job for the detailed steps.)
