After jobs are submitted (please see "Submitting a Job via the Denim Portal" help article for details on how to submit jobs to Denim), there are multiple ways to be able to view Job status, along with your upcoming payments.
When you log into Denim, you'll see a section labeled "Upcoming Payments." Here, you can see your upcoming advances from jobs that are pending Denim review & approved. You can also see payments that are eligible to be Express Factored. Please see the "Express Factoring: Instant Payments" help article for more information on how to get paid instantly. Please note - eligible invoices can be paid, with money in your account within 5 minutes of selecting the "Get Paid Now" button.
By selecting "View Upcoming Payments," you'll be directed to Denim's Upcoming Payables report, where you can see each job that will be paid in the following days.
Upcoming Payables is just one of Denim's many reports, which you can find by opening up your side navigation, and selecting “Reports.” Under "Reports," you can view:
- Aging Details and Summary provides insight to your outstanding invoices, along with any notes from our collections team
- Chargeback report shows invoices that have been charged back due to a customer dispute or shortpayment. "Open" chargebacks are still outstanding, and "Settled" chargebacks have been refunded to your Denim Cash.
- Denim Cash report shows all money movements in and out of your Denim Cash.
- Integrated Ledger is extremely handy for accounting. Here, Denim displays individual journal entries from each job that has been submitted and approved. Check out our guide on how to sync the Integrated Ledger with QuickBooks.
- Job and Payment Summary show a breakdown of your approved jobs.
- Unapplied Transactions show money we've received from your customers that are missing remittances. We will also notify you of these transactions through your Request Center.
- Upcoming Payables show your upcoming advances from pending and approved jobs. Please see our Express Factoring: Instant Payments help article for more details on tracking upcoming payables.
