You can email documents directly to Denim using the email address provided by Truckstop. As long as your PoD (Proof of Delivery) and Rate confirmation are included in a singular email, Denim is able to:
- Extract load data from documents:
- Customer Name from PoD
- Load# from PoD
- Receivable Amount from Rate Confirmation
- Use extracted data to create a "Job," which will be located in your import review page.
- Please see the "View Imported Jobs" help article for more details.
There will be cases, however, where Denim is not able to create a factorable load. In these cases, Denim will send the following emails:
Email Submission Denied:
Document submissions need to be sent from authorized email addresses. Authorized email addresses are those that are connected to a Denim account. If you receive the below email, please add a new user in Denim to authorize that email address. Please follow the "Add a Dispatcher or Employee to Denim" help article to authorize users.
Failure to Create Factored Load:
In this case, Denim was not able to extract enough information from the load documents to create a Job. This could be because the documents were eligible, incorrect documents were submitted, or they were missing information. The easiest resolution in this case is to log in, and add the job in Denim's portal.
Load On Hold - Input Required
In this case, Denim was able to create a job, but there is missing information. By clicking the "Review Load" button, you will be directed to log in, and view that exact job in Denim. Once the missing information is filled out, you can hit "Submit" to factor the load.
Load Created. Please Submit for Factoring
In this case, Denim was able to successfully create the load! By clicking the "View Import Review," you can see all created loads, along with their high-level details. To view documents, you can select "View Job," and submit the job directly from that page. The job is not considered submitted until you go into the platform and click submit.
You can also bulk-select the created jobs, and submit all for funding, though Denim highly recommends reviewing all jobs in the Import Review page.
Please reach out to support@denim if you have any questions about the job submission process
