This help article outlines how to view imported loads in Denim. Loads can be imported either by emailing documents directly to Denim, or through a TMS integration. If you have questions about how to import loads to Denim or setting up your TMS integration, please reach out to your account manager.
Once loads are imported into Denim, you will see a notification under your profile icon. Selecting "Imported Jobs" will bring you to Denim's import review page:
In the import review page, you will be prompted to:
- Resolve any company mappings. Denim will map the customer’s name extracted from your documents to an existing Denim customer. Errors occur when a job is imported with a company that we do not recognize. This can be due to misspellings, formatting, or because Denim does not have a matching profile for that customer yet. To resolve this, simply find the Denim equivalent by searching our list of customers, or add a new one:
2. Review jobs and fix any errors. Once all customers are mapped, you can view the individual imported job details. Review details like due dates, amounts, and customers. Select "View Job" to make changes to the specific job and review documents.
From there, you can submit the job directly to Denim, or save it as draft to make additional changes in Denim's Jobs Board. Please see the "Viewing Current Jobs" article for more information on how to view submitted jobs.
3. If there are no job errors, and the information in the specific jobs meets your expectations, you can bulk-submit to Denim. From here, all jobs will be sent to Denim's team to review, and can be found in the Jobs Board.
If you're submitting documents to Denim via email, you will receive email notifications whenever new jobs are created. That process is outlined in the "Submitting a Job via Email" help article.
