About notes
When you add a new job and save it as a draft of submit it, you can add notes for self-reference. For example reminders for some tasks or follow up, or collection notes.
Even when the job is approved and is under process for payments, you can use the Notes section to add notes for self-reference. (Please see See and manage job details for more details.)
The Denim team does not look at these notes.

Add note
Click on Jobs in the navigation. Click on Job Board and a list of jobs appears.
Locate the target job in the list. Use the Search field or the Filters to find a specific job. (Please see See and use list of jobs for more details on using filters and search.)
Click on this job, and the job details page opens. After the Documents section, you can see Notes.
In New Note, write the note for this job. The Add Note button is available now. Click on this button to save the note.

All the notes are listed as a log, with the timestamp, and the username who write the note in this job.
