Important Notes
- QuickPay fees will only be applied to factored jobs
- QuickPay fees will only be applied to contractors without factors
- If sending jobs via a TMS, ensure the payable amount being sent to Denim doesn’t already have the QuickPay fee applied. Denim will be calculating and removing the fee from the payable based on your saved settings. This is shown below in step #4.
QuickPay Overview
- Denim’s QuickPay feature is designed to save you as much time as possible, while opening up the ability to add multiple types of QuickPay fees that your contractors can choose from.
- 100% of the QuickPay revenue goes to your advance!
- QuickPay fees can be added to your current Days-to-Pay settings. This means that, for each contractor, you can include a QuickPay fee that will automatically be reduced from the payable. You can set and save these fees by navigating to your Contractor’s page → Edit Days to Payment.
- Then, once you save a fee, Denim will automatically apply it to all jobs with this specific contractor. You’ll be able to see the fee in the Add/Edit Job page. If you want to remove the fee, or change the Days-to-Pay, you can use the override toggle.
- Note - We will deduct the Adjustments and QuickPay fee from the "Contractor Invoice Amount field." Adjustments are removed before the QuickPay fee is calculated and subtracted, per the below example.
- You can view all of your current Days-to-Pay and QuickPay settings directly from within your Direct Payments to Contractors tab. For example, you can have certain contractors paying 5% for 1-day QuickPay, and others paying 3% for 1-day.
- You can also bulk-update contractors with the same Days-to-Pay and QuickPay configurations by selecting "Edit."
- Note - if you edit the terms and fee amounts to match an existing configuration, those settings will be merged
- If you select the number in the “Contractors” column, this will take you to the Contractors page.
- Here, Denim will pre-filter all contractors with this same days-to-pay and QuickPay selection.
- You can update the number of days, and the actual QuickPay percent fee by selecting “edit" under the Actions column.
