About the contractor account dashboard
The dashboard shows a list of all payments, with options to see related details, and to filter the lists for specific criteria.
When you sign in to your contractor account, the dashboard shows the Payment Details page by default as below.
On this page, you can see different options:
- Use filters to find specific payment by payment type, payment status, and other filters
- See payment details for the invoice timeline
- Search a payment by job number or a payer name
All these options are explained in the following sections in this article.

See the payments list
The list shows you following details of all the payments in this Denim account.
Invoice #: The invoice number for which the payment has been made.
Payer: The name of the paying company.
Due Date: The date when the payment is due—this date can be a past date or a future date.
Days Remaining: The number of days that are remaining to receive this payment.
Status: The payment status as you can see these status filters globally available at the top in the list.
- Pending: This payment is for a job whose status is pending for approval by Denim.
- Expected: The payment is expected and the due date it in the future.
- Scheduled: The payment is scheduled and it should be made within one or two business days.
- Sent: The payment is sent by the payer.

Using filters
While looking at the list, you can filter the list to see specific types of payments.
Click on Filter to see different filters for the list.

Apply filters
Select a filter, and you can see options to set the filter values. For example, select Due Date Range. Now you can select two dates—start date and end date to filter the payments whose due dates are within this range of dates.
You can apply a combination of filters. For example select the dates as described above.
Select the Job Reference Number filter. Write the job reference number.
Click on Apply and the list shows you only those payments that match with both the filters' settings.

Clear filters
To clear the filters, click on the Filters button.
- Click on the Clear All button to clear all the filters.
- Clear the box for specific selected filter to clear it.

The global filters
At the top of the list, a few global filters are available for your quick reference. For each status, you can see:
- The count for the number of payments in that particular status
- The total amount received in all the payments combined with that particular payment status
For example, click on Sent, and the list shows you only the payments with Sent status. Or, click on Pending and you see all the payments with Pending status only.
See both the examples below.
The details of each filter card is as below.
- All Invoices: It shows all of your invoices. If you are planning to search for a specific invoice and you are not sure of its status, All Invoices selected.
- Pending Approval: It means that the payer on the invoice has submitted it to Denim and we are working to review and approve it. Most invoices are approved within one business day.
- Expected: It means that Denim has approved the invoice but payment is not yet scheduled based on the payment due date set by the payer.
- Scheduled: It means that Denim has scheduled the payout. Scheduled ACH payouts are processed within one business day. Check payments are sent to you via an email on every Friday of the week.
- Sent: It means that Denim has remitted funds based on your payment settings. Click on the invoice in the table to open a detailed view. It shows the payout details.

Using Search
While looking at the list, you can search a specific payment by their payer name of job number. When you start writing in the Search field, the list updates automatically. Here is an example for your quick reference.

See only Express Payments
In the Express Payment Filter, move the filter control to the right side to see only the express payments in the list. Move the same control to the left side to disable this filter—now the list shows the default view of all the payments.

See each payment's details
For each payment in the list, you can see its details including the paying company name, and the timeline.
- Locate the target payment, you can use the Search option or the Filters as explained earlier in this article.
- Click on the payment row.
The payment details open in a drawer, as below.
For the payments with Sent status, the details show the transaction details. For example as below.
In the invoice details:
- See the Invoice Amount at the top.
- The Remittance Paid To section appears when the payment is Sent. It shows the company that paid for this invoice (either the Contractor or their factor).
- The ACH or Check symbols show the mode of payment.
- The Transaction Details show only when the payment is Sent.
- Total Due shows the total amount due in the invoice
- Total Paid shows the amount paid in this transaction. You can see the date of transaction as well.
- In Payment Method, the ACH payments show the last four digits of the account number where Denim sent this payment. For Check payments, you can see the check reference number here.
- Payer Job Number: The payer's job number for this invoice, you might need it as a reference if you need to contact them for this invoice.
- The Timeline shows the progression of the invoice processing. The pending or incomplete steps are shown in grey color and the completed steps are shown in blue color.
