Welcome! These API Guides help explain terminology and usage details for our Denim API. This API provides an interface primarily for submitting loads/invoices into Denim, which enables our financial tools to be used with third-parties, such as Transportation Management Systems (TMS), limiting duplicate data entry for mutual clients.
Getting Started
Steps to Launching the Integration:
- Contact our partnerships team to acquire a Denim Sandbox account
- Review our documentation
- Schedule a Technical Overview or Technical Design Review (optional)
- We highly recommend our partners participate in this call. By reviewing your design, we will be able to significantly cut down on the rest of the time to develop the integration
- The Denim team will answer any questions you have
- We will also identify areas that we know may cause delays / hinder the progress of the integration
- Develop the integration using Sandbox Data
- Integrators will be given credentials to a unique Denim staging environment with preloaded data to mimic the characteristics of the Denim production environment and create simulated responses for the development of the integration
- If you're having difficulties with your sandbox credentials you can reach out to Denim Support for assistance
- Schedule a Testing / QA call (required to go live)
