How the thresholds for the percentages work
Denim gives you configurable thresholds for the following issues which means that you are able to change each percentage to align with when you want to be notified. It helps you set up custom triggers depending on your own business rules and preferences.
- Pending jobs under 15% of credit remaining. Here, Denim is escalating the case where a customer is low on credit, and a job is pending approval. The recommended action would be to request a credit limit increase. If there is already a pending request, Denim will show a direct link to the request.
- Customers with under 5% of credit remaining. Here, Denim is escalating the case where a customer is low on credit, regardless of if there are pending jobs or not. The recommended action would be to request a credit limit increase.
- Pending jobs with customers denied for credit. Here, Denim is escalating the case where there is a job pending approval for a customers that is declined for credit. The goal here would be to proactively escalate times where we know we will not be able to approve a factored job. The recommended action here would be to switch the job to non-factored. Depending on the reason why the customer was denied for credit, this could be a good way to prove payment history, which could lead to an approval.

See specific customers impacted for a threshold
In the Impacted Customers column, click on the number for the specific threshold that you want to see.
The customers list shows with the particular threshold filter applied in the list. It shows you a filtered list of only those customers who meet that threshold criteria that you want to see.
For example in the above use case where we have 3 customers with Pending jobs with less than 99% credit remaining, click on the number 3. The list shows me only these three customers, with the filter on.
Click on any customer in the list. Denim shows you the details and the specific action that you can take on this customer, for its threshold.
💡Note: If a request has already been submitted, you see the pending request instead of a recommended action.
