What causes the error?
The "Feature Not Supported" error occurs when your QuickBooks Online subscription does not fully support the integration with Denim. Generally, this is due to using the "Simple Start" QuickBooks Online plan which does not support creating and managing Bills and Bill Payments.
In order for Denim to sync Bill and Bill Payment records to your QuickBooks, your QuickBooks Online subscription plan must include the "Bill Management" or "Manage & Pay Bills" feature.
How do I resolve this error?
At this time, the "Bill management" QuickBooks Online feature is included in the "Essentials" subscription plan and higher, including the "Plus" and "Advanced" plans. If your current QuickBooks Online subscription plan does not include this feature, we suggest that you upgrade your plan in order to take full advantage of the Denim integration. Without this feature enabled, Denim cannot sync any Bills or Bill Payment records to your QuickBooks.
Steps to upgrade your QuickBooks Online subscription plan:

Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary or company admin.

Click the cog/settings icon and then select "Account and settings" in the dropdown menu (Note: The settings icon may appear in the top left corner or top right corner depending on your version of QuickBooks).

Select the "Billing & subscription" tab in the settings view

Verify your payment information is up-to-date

In the QuickBooks Online section, select "Upgrade your plan"

Review the available plans then select "Choose plan"

Follow the on-screen steps to upgrade your plan
