What causes this error?
This error occurs when the QuickBooks Online account linked with Denim has an expired or cancelled subscription plan.
In order for Denim to sync data to your QuickBooks, you must have an active QuickBooks Online subscription plan that includes the "Bill management" feature.
How do I resolve this error?
In order to resolve this error, re-activate your subscription to QuickBooks Online. At this time, the "Bill management" QuickBooks feature is included in the "Essentials" plan and higher. The "Bill management" feature is required to sync Bills and Bill Payments to your QuickBooks. For this reason, we recommend you subscribe to the "Essentials" plan or higher to take full advantage of the Denim integration.
Steps to re-activate your QuickBooks Online subscription:
Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary or company admin.
Click the cog/settings icon and then select "Account and settings" in the dropdown menu (Note: The settings icon may appear in the top left corner or top right corner depending on your version of QuickBooks.).
Select the "Billing & subscription" tab in the settings view
Select "Subscribe" and enter the updated company profile
Select "Payment Information" type and enter your bank information.
