There are three main reasons why a job might still be Pending.
Verification. Part of the normal process of getting your jobs approved involves confirming our Notice of Assignment and billing paperwork for the first job on each customer. This process must be completed prior to approval. This is dependent on your customer to respond to our inquiries about the NOA.
Cut off times. We process jobs according to scheduled cut off times. If you submitted your job after the 12PM Eastern Time cutoff, your job is NOT scheduled for next business day, but instead two business days later. Check out cut off times here.
Action Required. When you see a red triangle next to the job, this means there is an issue and we require your assistance. A note in red text will be present explaining the issue. For paperwork issues, you must revert the job to draft, and upload the requested paperwork. Once the issue is resolved, your job will be approved according to the cutoff time for resubmission.
Important note: jobs that have to be resubmitted for any reason have to go back through our process, which is why a new cutoff time and due date is assessed.
