Using the aging details reports
The Aging Details Report displays a list of all aged jobs, grouped by debtor. These jobs are organized into aging ranges, such as 31–45 days, 46–60 days, and 91+ days, based on the number of days the amount has been outstanding.
To access the report:

Click on Reports in the navigation menu.

In the expanded view, click on Aging Details.
The Aging Details page will display a list of debtors along with their aging information.
See the following details for each record in the list:

Customer: The name of the debtor associated with the aging job record.

Job ID: The job number linked to the aging record.

PO #: The purchase order number tied to the job.

Invoice Date: The date the invoice was issued.

Total Amount: The original total amount of the invoice.

Amount Due: The remaining unpaid amount.

Age: The number of days the invoice is currently overdue.

1–30 Days: The portion of the amount overdue by 1 to 30 days.

31–45 Days: The portion of the amount overdue by 31 to 45 days.

46–60 Days: The portion of the amount overdue by 46 to 60 days.

61–90 Days: The portion of the amount overdue by 61 to 90 days.

91+ Days: The portion of the amount overdue by more than 91 days.

Using Search
Search the aging details for a specific debtor. In Search Company Name, write the company name that you want to search. Denim shows the matching company name, as below:
Click on the name and the list updates to show the matching company record only.
Click on the Reset icon to see the complete list of all records.

Using filters
While looking at the list, you can filter it to see specific aging details.
Click on Filter to see different filter options.

Apply Filters
Select a filter, and you can see options to set the filter values. For example, if you select Date Range, a calendar opens where you can select a range of start and end dates.
Click on Apply, and the list shows you only those aging details that apply to this range of two dates.
Use the other filters, as required.

Clear Filters
To clear the filters, click on the Filters button.
- Click on the Clear All button to clear all the filters.
- Clear the box for specific selected filter to clear it.

Export aging details report to PDF of CSV
Click on the Export button. There are two options to export the aging details report.
- Export to PDF: Select this option to export the aging details to a PDF document.
- Export to CSV: Select this option to export the aging details to a CSV file.
