Before a factored job can be approved, Denim must perform a credit check and establish a credit line for each customer. To process your jobs as quickly as possible, we recommend you add all of your customers as soon as your account is approved.
You can add your customers directly from your Denim dashboard so that we can perform these checks.
Select the Customers tab, use the Add Customer button to create a new customer. The minimum required information here is the company name, invoicing email, credit amount requested, and state. However, if you can provide their EIN and full address, this will help us approve them faster.
Once you have submitted this form, the customer will be added to your dashboard where you can see the current status of the request.
The "Status" and "NOA status" fields will be updated as our team works to verify and approve your customer. You will also receive an email once the customer is approved.
