Edit the request
You can edit the request, if required. This can be useful in certain cases for example when you have already requested to increase the credit limit but now want to change the limit further.
💡 Note: Not all requests have the Edit Request option. For certain requests such as for Denim Cash Payment, you cannot edit this request, as below.
For the requests where the edit action is available, click on the Edit Request button. Depending on the request type, you can change the request details, for example as below.
Make changes to the request details, as required.
Click on the Save Changes button to save the request details.

Cancel the request
You have an option to cancel the request. This can be useful when you raise a request for something which is not required anymore.

Denim asks you to confirm this action.
Click on Confirm to confirm it that you want to cancel this request.

See the request activity
For any request, an activity log is available for all the actions or changes in the request. For each item in the log, you can see:
- Name: The user's name in whose account the activity is logged
- Sent: The date of corresponding action or update
- Details: Brief details of the update
If you upload a document, the document file is also available in the log.

Add documents to the request
You can upload documents such as images or a PDF document to support the request. All such documents that you upload show in the Request Activity section.
Upload the documents and the Denim IT team will use these documents for reference.
[VG: In some requests, the documents section is disabled and I cannot upload. For example in #1615. In what specific cases we can or cannot upload documents?]

Add comments to the request
In the Add Comments section, add any additional comments or more context for the request. For many use cases, a Request is automatically generated such as to increase the credit limit. In such cases, you can add comments for faster approval of the request.
